Utah codifies firearms carry protection during emergency

Super news for Utah gun owners. Governor Huntsman has signed into law HB 157 or the legislation that will protect our rights to carry firearms during a declared emergency. This law has some teeth in it as law enforcement officers who abridge our 2nd Amendment rights can be sued for damages and held personally liable. Excellent!

I read early Sunday morning that Mr. Heston who has been suffering from Alzheimer’s, had died Saturday night, and you likely have heard the sad news as well. But I want to place in Red Pills the notice of his passing and just reminisce a little regarding Mr. Heston. I did not know Charlton Heston but I did meet him at the NRA Convention
